If you have said it, God you will do it!

If you have said it, God you will do it!

We live in a self-sufficient world where we have either been taught or life’s circumstances have built us do everything in our own strength (especially as single women and single mothers). More often than not this makes trusting and waiting on the Lord so much harder than it should be. When things aren’t moving fast enough or in a way we think they should, we go into our default mode of making things happen on our own which often drives us into more frustration because we are operating outside of the perfect plans and/or timing of God.

But we serve a promise keeping God that does not lie, a God that will order each and every one of our steps if we just trust in Him. With Him and through Him, anything and everything is possible. It is in that wait that we are strengthened, our faith is built, our hearts and minds are fortified, and most importantly a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father is cultivated.

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
